Based on a popular design of RD365 Saturn light river rafts, new longer 12.5' FR385 fishing rafts are great for fly fishing, river rafting, kayaking, or as a ducky boat on a rivers, lakes and ponds. High rocker offers an exhilarating ride on whitewater river, like no other raft or kayak! New Saturn FR385 fishing river rafts are excellent whitewater paddle vessels for 1-2 people.

New version V2 now features 5 air chambers: 4 chambers in a hull, plus 1 air floor. New and improved rod holder mounts that can accept both popular Scotty or Railblaza accessories, such as rod holders, cup holders, fish finders, tables, etc.

Saturn fishing raft FR380 great for weekend river or lake explorations, and fly fishing. They provide stable platform for standing and fly fishing for 1 or 2 people. What makes it different from RD365 raft, is not only slightly longer hull, but also additional layers of PVC glued on a bottom of tubes and extra wide rub strakes on top of tubes. That makes FR380 raft ideal for shallow rocky bottom rivers. Large rub strakes on top of tubes and D-rings along hull are designed for rowing frame installation, turning it into a real fly fishing machine.

New FR380 raft features attachment points for optional motor mount and can take up to 2HP outboard, or electric trolling motor. Accessory tracks on both sides can be used for optional fishing rod holders, fish finders, cup holders and more. Extra fabric provided to be used as a cargo cover, or storage area for some additional gear, or both.

FR380 fly fishing raft can be purchased with or without rowing frame. Heavy duty, commercial grade, aluminum folding frame for 2 people are available. Frame can be easily break down for portable storage. Frame can be attached to raft tubes with optional lashing tie downs or straps. Rowing oars and oarlocks not included. Will need 1/2 rowing oarlocks. Frame end tubes left open, for the purpose of optional DIY frame extensions, such as cargo platform, or 3rd seat, or anchor attachment, etc.

FR380 river rafts are not self-bailers, but can be converted into self-bailers simply by cutting round holes size of a dime in bottom, along the floor perimeter.

Quick Tip! Worried about puncturing the air floor with a fishing hook, dog claws or sharp object? Get a piece of vinyl flooring or rubber mat from your local hardware store. Cut the vinyl to fit inside the boat, over the floor and your air floor will be almost indestructible! When deflating, just roll it up along with the boat for future use.

I was pleasantly surprised, It was a bit different than I expected but the design is very cool. The design is very sleek and I found the performance to be quite adequate. This is a very good price for the size and I am very happy to have bought this inflatable.
