Is it unlikely that we will have any additional information besides what was posted on a web page for item listed on that page. But, you can also email us at support@boatstogo.com and if we will have any additional information, we will gladly provide that.
Change or Cancel order
Please email to request change to your order or cancelation. All request must be in writing via email. We do not accept changes to orders or cancelation via phone line. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping fess (to customer and back) for orders that were canceled after item was already shipped out.
Status of order
If you have created account at the time of placing order, you can check status of order by login in into your account. Otherwise please email us to find out status, along with your order number and/or name on order. If item was on back order, please check Pre Order update status page for latest updates.
Pay via bank wire transfer
Add items to cart, checkout and select Check Payment option. Then please email us after that, to request information for bank wire transfer. Instead of mailing check, you will arrange bank wire as per invoice total. Once we get wire in full, we will mark order as paid and send it to shipping.
Received email about issue with order
Please check Junk or Spam folder of your email for more messages from BoatsToGo. We unable to resolve issues with orders over the phone. It must be done in writing, via emails. If you received email that shipping address does not match billing, it is important to read and understand options and solutions offered in that email. There are strict procedures to which we must adhere in order to be protected against credit card fraud and chargeback claims. If you received email that card was declined, please contact your credit card to resolve this issue, or re enter order using correct credit card information.
Need to change card on order
Please re enter new order, and email request to cancel previous order. Or, re enter card information at https://www.boatstogo.com/payment.asp. Enter new card info and order number into comment section. We do not accept card changes over the phone.

Confirm if item in stock
If item shows as in stock, that means it is in stock. If item shows as on back order, that means it is not yet in stock.
Local pickup
Some items, not all, might be available for local pickup in our North Miami warehouse. Please email to find out if item is available for local pickup. If item not in North Miami warehouse, then it must be shipped out, and shipping charges will apply. If item confirmed as available for local pickup, then please enter code LOCAL into discount code box to have shipping charges removed.
