It's important to note that the FK396 is not equipped with a self-bailing mechanism. However, if you intend to navigate whitewater rivers, you have the option to manually create self-bailing holes in the kayak bottom. Alternatively, the highly absorbent ShamWow type of fabric, widely available in retail stores, offers an effective solution for removing excess water from your non-bailing kayak. Simply immerse the ShamWow in water and squeeze it outside – functioning as a makeshift pump for hassle-free water evacuation.

I've owned the 13' Fishing Inflatable Kayaks FK396 for a while now, and it has been a great investment. Its portability is a standout feature, and it's ideal for those with limited storage options. So far, it has held up well in terms of quality, and I'm pleased with its performance.

I was pleasantly surprised by the 13' Fishing Inflatable Kayaks FK396. I was initially skeptical about its quality, but it has proven to be better than expected. It's a solid kayak that suits my needs well. I'm enjoying using it so far.

The FK396 V2.0 is an impressive inflatable fishing kayak. Its portability is a major advantage, making it perfect for transport and storage. The 1100 Dtex PVC construction ensures durability, while the high-pressure air deck floor provides excellent rigidity.

The model's unique features like gear tracks and rod holder patches add to the fishing experience. The kayak's versatility, with its various configuration options, is a huge plus. The FK396 V2.0 is an investment worth making for all fishing enthusiasts.

I have been using this kayak for four years and could not be happier with my purchase. The versatility of this model far exceeded my expectations. I can paddle solo or with up to 3 other people (mostly children) with me. I can move from sitting to kneeling to standing and feel comfortable in all positions. I can navigate deep and very shallow waters. I can pick up the fully equipped kayak and carry it on my shoulder to the water with ease. I can do all of this and can still pack the kayak up to fit in the trunk of my small car. I just make sure to dry it well before packing it up each time.

This boat exceeded my expectations. It is super durable and well made. I was skeptical at first but glad I went inflatable over a hard shell. Cant wait to customize with some accessories.

Bought fk-420 fishing kayak.Quality of boat is outstanding.I wanted mso and first assignment because I am partially disabled with back issues....Eliot in customer service provided the documents for me in a quick and professional manner. I am in sales myself and this was outstanding product with outstanding service.Cant wait to take this kayak fishing

I bought this kayak in 2012. It us very stable. My wife and I have caught a lot of fish from it. I would recommend it to any one who enjoys fishing. Every time for the last 4 or 5 years I have had to fish when I take if out of storage.

This boat is as advertised. I've had it a bout 4 weeks now and have taken it out for three excursions on flat waters. It paddles like a kayak, and I notice that if there is significant weight up front, it pushes a little more water than a plastic boat, but is not really any more wind effected than a light flat sided canoe.

I fashioned seats using milk crates and stadium seats as the aluminum seats - while functional - are not particularly comfortable. My seat arrangement is rigid with straps securing it to the D-Rings.

It's a well-thought-out craft. With two paddling, situate the seats in the standard location. With a solo paddler, I've found it works best for me, to have my seat immediately fore of the rear seat location.

It's a responsive boat. It tracks decently and drifts well with the wind for fishing. Pumping up with the hand pump is reasonably effortless and takes about 15 minutes. Using an electric pump sold on this website, it inflates in a couple of minutes!

I'd recommend it.

I do really love my 13’ Fishing Kayak. And so did everybody in Suriname
and Holland that has seen the kayak. On our two week trip through the jungle we scraped a lot
of rocks, bumped a lot of branches and did a lot of rapids. But one needs to do a lot more to
damage the Saturn kayaks. My cousin and I were on our own out there, problems with our gear
could have been a live threatening situation. So trust in our gear / kayaks that we had was really
important. And it all worked out for the best, we had absolutely no problems.
I think your product can sell really well in Europe, and I hope that you guys find the right person(s)
for that.

The kayak is easy to blow up and once blown up lasted the entire week of vacation use. I used a pump for air mattresses to get most of the air in it and finished with the provided pump. It is very comfortable to fish from. \r\nI found the seat with the cushion that I purchased with the boat to be very comfortable. The boat was so stable that I even felt comfortable with an addition boat cushion under the seat to set me up a little higher. I was wondering if it would be difficult to paddle without some sort of foot bracing. I think sitting up a little higher because of the cushions under the seat made paddling comfortable even without foot bracing. In calm water my wife joined me to explore around an island. Sitting on the bench while paddling in calm water was very acceptable. Paddling in wind, the higher freeboard in an inflatable does make the wind more noticable than in an traditional kayak and an inflatable does not glide through the water quite as easily. With the skeg in though, 10 to 15 mile an hour winds were doable for me. \r\nWhen it comes to stability, the inflatable is much more stable than any fixed kayak I have ever used. Moving around in the Kayak is not a problem even in choppy water. For fishing comfort, an inflatable is better than a sit in or sit on top hard kayak. There was so much room in the kayak while I was fishing by myself that I found the velcro fasteners on the side for holding a paddle to not be necessary. I just stored the paddle in the kayak. \r\nI would have welcomed an handle somewhere on the middle of the kayak for picking it up. I would have also welcomed a bit more in the way of information on blowing up the kayak. Either materials with the boat or the pump should have that information. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase so far. After a week, I can't say about durability, but it looks and feels sturdy. I am looking forward to many more hours of fishing and would recommend the inflatable kayak for people who like to fish.
